Job Title: HR Head
We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic HR Head to supervise the Human Resources function in East and North India, with the primary location being New Delhi. The ideal candidate should be a strategic leader with practical experience in HR operations, compliance, talent management, and organizational development. Regular travel to West Bengal and other areas will be a part of the role.
Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the HR function across East and North India, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures that facilitate growth and adherence to regulations.

• Spearhead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts across various locations.

• Monitor and handle employee relations, performance management, and grievance resolution.

• Supervise payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.

• Cultivate a positive work environment through engagement, learning, and development programs.

• Collaborate with regional and functional leaders to guarantee effective workforce planning.

• Conduct HR audits and assessments across multiple branches/offices.

• Supervise a team of HR executives/managers and ensure timely reporting to senior management.

• Preferably male candidate (due to travel and business needs).

• Demonstrated experience of minimum 10 years in a senior HR role, preferably covering multiple regions.

• Willingness to travel extensively, particularly to West Bengal and other locations.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.

• Proficiency in HR tools, systems, and labor laws applicable across states.
