Position Overview
The HR Manager will look after all people-related work of the company. This includes hiring employees, managing HR records, handling attendance & payroll coordination, resolving employee issues, and ensuring HR rules are followed.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Hiring & Recruitment
Understand hiring needs of sales, CRM, project and operations teams
o Manage job portals and recruitment agencies o Screen resumes, coordinate interviews and support final hiring
HR Operations
Maintain employee records, attendance and leave data
o Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts team o Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and HR documents
Employee Management
Handle employee queries related to HR, attendance and leave
Address employee complaints and discipline issues
Support employee engagement and retention activities
Performance & Discipline
Support performance review and appraisal process
Track employee performance and improvement actions
Ensure office rules, policies and code of conduct are followed
