Job Description

We need an experienced HRD professional to help our employees learn and grow. You'll be central to creating and managing training programs, helping our team improve their skills and careers.

Lead Training:

Design and deliver workshops and online learning programs.

Manage Learning Tools:

Oversee our e-learning platforms and resources.

Support Performance:

Help with employee reviews and development plans.

Boost Careers:

Identify growth opportunities for staff.

Track Results:

Measure the impact of our learning initiatives.

Experience:

3-4 years in HR Development (HRD) or Learning & Development (L&D).

Skills:

Strong presentation, clear communication, organized, and comfortable with HR/learning software.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
