Hiring for HR-Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator. Job description Hardcore sourcing and recruitment for BPO/ITES Clients Sourcing & Screening candidates as per JD\'s provided by the clients Doing line up & follow up with the candidate. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers Help the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questions Support, review, and submissions of candidates to clients Interview coordination and follow-ups with the clients and candidates Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral) Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems Maintain a complete record of interviews. Required Candidate profile We need target Oriented people as you will have to complete your target given every month as per your salary. Salary up to 3lakh Sal: Upto 3 Lak per Annum.
