development.
xefx82xb7 Address HR-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to both employees and management.
xefx82xb7 Prepare and deliver HR reports to senior management, providing key insights and recommendations.
xefx82xb7 Oversee and manage the employee separation process with professionalism and compliance.
xefx82xb7 Coordinate and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale, foster a
positive organizational culture, and strengthen employee commitment and satisfaction.
