The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to management, overseeing end-to-end HR operations, policy implementation, and compliance management. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and HRIS systems to ensure operational excellence and regulatory adherence. Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic HR solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, onboarding, documentation, and exit processes.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote fairness, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize HRIS platforms for accurate employee data management, analytics, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and organizational policies, maintaining a legally sound HR environment.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage statutory filings, audits, and risk mitigation.
  • Drive performance management, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives across departments.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
  • Support talent acquisition and workforce planning efforts to meet business demands effectively.
  • Oversee compliance audits, policy updates, and training to maintain organizational readiness and governance.
  • Facilitate employee engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and retention initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership to build a strong organizational culture that emphasizes accountability, inclusivity, and performance.
