Responsibilities * Driving HR business effectiveness by planning, implementing, and monitoring key HR projects.

• Managing strategic talent initiatives including movement, development, and strengths assessment.
• Supporting people plan creation by providing insights, recommendations, and execution support.
• Orchestrating organisational change and implementing change management strategies.
• Enhancing leadership and team performance through coaching, interventions, and people-focused initiatives.

Requirements * 10+ years overall HR experience with 5+ years in core HRBP roles within ITES.

• Master's degree in HR with strong business partnering expertise.
• Proven experience in managing people plans, talent management, and leadership effectiveness.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to function as an individual contributor with high ownership and project leadership capability.
