We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with strong expertise across the employee lifecycle, HR operations, and data management. The ideal candidate should excel in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements. Strong stakeholder management, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. What you'll do
1 . Talent & Performance Management aEUR<
Drive end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback. aEUR<
Support career development discussions and identify learning needs for employees. aEUR<
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen the talent pipeline. aEUR<
2. Employee Engagement & Experience aEUR<
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and pulse surveys. aEUR<
Analyze feedback and propose actions to strengthen employee morale and workplace culture. aEUR<
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution. aEUR<
3. HR Operations & Compliance aEUR<
Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR processes such as onboarding, exits, payroll inputs, and HR data management. aEUR<
Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements. aEUR<
Support compensation reviews, policy implementation, and other cyclical HR processes.
4. Data & Insights aEUR<
Maintain and audit employee data for accuracy. aEUR<
Prepare reports and dashboards on headcount, attrition, and HR metrics. aEUR<
Use insights to identify trends and recommend process improvements. aEUR<
5. Team Guidance & Collaboration aEUR<
Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members to ensure accuracy in data and process delivery. aEUR<
Act as a point of escalation for operational HR queries within the team. aEUR<
6. Projects & Initiatives aEUR<
Contribute to rollout of new HR systems, policies, and processes. aEUR<
Partner with internal HR teams (Recruitment, L&D, C&B, etc.) for seamless delivery. aEUR<
Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of HR practices aEUR<
Key Requirements
Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, HRMS, and HR data management. aEUR<
Strong stakeholder management, with proven exposure across multiple HR domains. aEUR<
Experience in driving performance management, talent reviews, and engagement initiatives. aEUR<
Good understanding of HR processes, policies and statutory compliance. aEUR<
Hands-on experience with performance management, employee engagement, and data reporting. aEUR<
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information. aEUR<
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret people data and recommend actions. aEUR<
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. aEUR<
