Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement hiring strategies for
Channel Partners, Land Dealers, Brokers, and related associates
.
Build strong networks and maintain long-term relationships with Real Estate partners.
Oversee onboarding, agreements, and compliance documentation.
Act as a link between management and partners, aligning business goals.
Track performance, support partners with business insights, and help achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Partner with the Sales & Business Development teams to strengthen Real Estate operations.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in
Real Estate hiring, channel partner management, or HRBP roles
.
Strong
networking and negotiation skills
with knowledge of the Hyderabad Real Estate market.
Excellent communication and people management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ?20,000 - ?25,000 (based on experience).
