For more details visit: www.iserveu.in PMS Support: Reviewing and finalizing goal-setting/goal alignment for your team members Ensuring timely completion of self-appraisals and manager assessments Providing constructive feedback and conducting performance discussions Submitting calibration inputs (where applicable) Highlighting any talent concerns or development needs that may require HR support Key Skills & Competencies: Ability to build strong relationships with functional leaders and influence decision-making Strong understanding of talent management, performance management and HR policies Proficiency in analysing HR metrics, generating insights, and preparing reports/dashboards. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment High integrity, empathy, and relationship-building skills. Ready to travel Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR Experience: Min 3-4 years of HR experience with HR analytics. Exposure to HR partnering for support functions is preferred. Experience designing and delivering trainings is an added advantage.
