HR Operations
Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leave, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee records.
Ensure accuracy and timely closure of monthly payroll inputs and validations.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, other labour laws) in coordination with vendors.
Maintain HRMS and documentation with data accuracy.
Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including F&F settlements.
Drive HR audits and ensure policy adherence.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and department heads.
Manpower planning and hiring for Corporate and mid-level roles
Drive performance management cycles (KRAs/KPIs, appraisals, feedback).
Address employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Corporate HR & Culture
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, rewards & recognition programs, and cultural interventions.
Manage internal communication across departments and locations.
Ensure consistency in HR practices across corporate office, retail stores, and regional teams.
Talent & Stakeholder Management
Partner with recruitment teams for manpower planning and critical hiring.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Act as a bridge between management and employees to foster trust and transparency
