Position Focus:

The role requires a strategic HR professional who can partner closely with business and client stakeholders while ensuring a positive and engaging employee experience. The ideal candidate will balance business requirements, client expectations, and employee satisfaction, while driving people initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Act as a strategic HR partner for the GCC vertical, aligning with Business Heads, HR leadership, and CoEs to deliver HR outcomes. Drive core HR programs including performance management, employee engagement, and talent development. Partner with Account Managers to provide visibility into people issues and proactively flag any potential impact on client engagement. Ensure all people-related decisions are legally compliant and aligned with company policies, while advising business and delivery managers on sensitive employee issues and client-impacting situations. Partner with HR CoEs (Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D, Compliance) to implement people programs effectively, including compensation & benefits, offer negotiations, and ensuring fair and consistent application of HR policies. Handle employee relations matters with fairness, transparency, and legal compliance. Lead employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement action plans. Support cultural alignment between client expectations and Systems Plus values.

Desired Skills & Experience:

5-6 years of experience as HRBP, preferably in GCC environments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders effectively. Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret people metrics, resolve conflicts, and recommend actions. * Professionally mature, adaptable, and able to make balanced decisions while working independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
