- HR Business Partner (HRBP) Position: HR Business Partner Location: Jaipur Role Overview The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compliance. The role is responsible for aligning HR practices with business objectives, ensuring effective people management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Management Partner with business leaders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles. Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives. Learning & Development (L&D) Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and discussions with managers. Design, implement, and monitor learning programs to enhance employee capability and performance. Partner with external training providers and ensure effective delivery of training interventions. Track training effectiveness and ensure alignment with business goals. Compliance & Employee Relations Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance requirements. Maintain up-to-date HR documentation and compliance records. Support audits and ensure timely submission of statutory returns. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring fair resolution in line with policies. HR Business Partnering Provide strategic HR support and guidance to managers and teams. Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Collaborate with leadership on HR strategy, policies, and organizational development. Provide insights through HR metrics and dashboards for decision-making. Qualifications & Skills MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field. 5-8 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to recruitment, L&D, and compliance. Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to use HR data for decision making. Success Tips/ General Remarks The expected CTC should not exceed a 20-25% hike from the candidate's current CTC and must align with the budget. A psychometric test will be conducted if the candidate progresses to the HR stage. Candidates must have a strong academic background from top-tier colleges, universities, or institutions. Preference will be given to local candidates, especially those with experience in the manufacturing industry.
