- His / Her main task will be to run the Performance Management System.
- Implement and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
- Advise managers on performance-related issues and contribute to employee development initiatives.
- Sit with employees and do the 1-2-1\xe2\x80\x99s for PMS and collate data.
- Hands on strong exposure in PMS is must
