The HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Program Specific Services will serve as a strategic HR liaison, providing end-to-end human resources support for the

Non-Residential Program

Government Exams Program
. This role plays a crucial part in integrating people strategies with program objectives through effective collaboration with program heads and cross-functional teams. The HRBP will ensure optimal workforce engagement, adherence to organizational policies, and seamless implementation of HR initiatives tailored to the unique operational demands of each program.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program-Aligned HR Partnership
Act as the principal HR contact for employees associated with the Commerce, Non-Residential, and Government Exams programs.
Deliver HR advisory support and interpret policies to fit each program's specific goals and challenges.
Partner with program leadership to align human capital strategies with organizational and program-level priorities.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute targeted hiring strategies for program-centric positions.
Manage the full-cycle onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition for new hires.
Conduct induction programs that introduce employees to each program's mission, performance expectations, and team culture.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
Address employee relations concerns with professionalism, including grievance resolution, conflict management, and communication facilitation.
Conceptualize and execute engagement initiatives that resonate with the nature and culture of each program.
Organize regular one-on-one and group discussions to assess employee satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote an open dialogue culture.
4. Performance & Career Development
Support program managers in setting SMART goals, conducting appraisals, and implementing performance review frameworks.
Identify emerging talent and collaborate with leaders to build personalized growth and succession plans.
Provide guidance on managing underperformance through structured coaching and performance improvement frameworks.
5. Learning & Capability Building
Evaluate program-specific skill gaps and coordinate with the Learning & Development (L&D) team to design impactful training interventions.
Encourage continuous professional development by promoting available learning opportunities and resources.
Measure training outcomes through feedback collection and performance data to ensure sustained capability enhancement.
6. Policy Compliance & Governance
Ensure that all HR processes across the Commerce, Non-Residential, and Government Exams programs adhere to internal policies and statutory regulations.
Regularly communicate updates on HR guidelines, compliance norms, and organizational procedures.
Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance and implement corrective measures when required.
7. HR Analytics & Insights
Collect and analyse HR data such as attrition trends, engagement levels, and performance outcomes specific to each program.
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for program leadership to support data-backed decision-making.
Utilize workforce metrics to identify areas for improvement and design strategies that enhance HR service delivery.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management
,
Business Administration
, or a related discipline.
3-5 years
of HR experience, preferably handling multiple functions, departments, or program-based teams.
Strong grasp of HR principles related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
