Key Responsibilities:
Support HRBP team in executing HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Assist in
employee onboarding, induction, and engagement programs
.
Coordinate with internal teams for
recruitment and manpower planning
.
Help track
HR analytics
such as attendance, performance, and employee feedback.
Support
performance review cycles
and feedback documentation.
Assist in handling
employee queries, grievances, and communication.
Maintain HR records and ensure process compliance.
Contribute to improving
employee experience and workplace culture.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed
MBA / PGDM in HR
or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR-related tools.
Strong interest in learning
strategic HR and business alignment.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
