HRBP/HR Generalist

Mumbai

location having MNC experience. Should be an individual performer. Please note that this is not a team handling role.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner with global teams to ensure basic HR processes and procedures are in place and followed. To support Global HR initiatives and projects to enable the company to become an employer of choice.

Implement HR policies, processes, procedures and initiatives Talent acquisition and management Performance Management Remuneration and benefits SuccessFactors management and Reporting Global HR Initiatives and Projects Administration and Facilities Management

Required Attributes:

10+ years HR experience in a multinational company environment Individual contributor Relevant HR qualification
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ?1,500,000.00 per year
