Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for the blue-collar workforce.
Oversee HR operations, including employee life cycle management, attendance, leave tracking, and maintaining employee records.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure employee engagement across stores and distribution centres (DCs).
Address and resolve employee grievances, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and identifying training needs.
Conduct HR and compliance audits across store locations.
Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles.
Prior experience in retail, FMCG, logistics, or multi-site HR operations is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage field HR activities.
Sound knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Willingness to travel within Vadodara to various Bigbasket store locations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
