We are successful and our successes are rooted in our people\'s collective energy and unwavering focus on the employees, and that\'s how it will always change management in Human Resources.About the role:This role includes leading the HR Function at the regional level to partner with and advise the business. The HR Business Partner(HRBP) will be responsible for working closely with the business to support the achievement of growth objectives and future talent needs. The HRBP has overall accountability for the assigned Stakeholders, working closely with the business and HR leadership to implement the HR strategy. This individal contributor role will support field sales executives in the region and will support an employee base of 1000-1200.Requirements :1. Drive governance on critical human resource metrics such as retention, and engagement cost for a fast-paced business.2. Engage work with key internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for Staffing, HRSS, and the business.3. Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and Best Practices.4. Lead the way in implementing change initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.5. Promote alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving synergy and perspective, demonstrating the common process and consistent messaging.6. Understand the business and its challenges to help address the organization and people ask to assist with the change process as the company meets the challenges of hyper-growth and the need to partner with Stakeholders and manage senior Stakeholders single-handedly to tackle business problems.7. Manage queries, issues, escalations, if any other process/ task allocated as required.8. Monitor performance management system for all employees and ensure adherence to the process.9. Provide support in recruitment activities and pre joining engagement as and when required10. Participate in projects required for capability building and process enhancement to drive continual growth11. Drive communication to ensure timely closure on HR operations related activties12. Plan and execute people connect programs to drive engagement and resolve teething issues.13. Manage database of all HR related activities and report out attrition, engagement, employee pulse etc for effective action planning.Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role :1. 4-6 years of experience in a core sales HRBP role for frontline staff for more than 400 employees2. Must have handled Performance Management3. Should be able to Review developmental plans & their execution for all employees.4. Must be able to execute and implement new strategies. Stakeholder Management.5. Hands-on with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.6. Brief understanding of HR Compliance & Grievances.7. Hands-on experience in digital tools / HRIS Management.8. High on agility to adapat to dynamic requirements9.
