Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
Exp in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement initiatives pertaining to given region.
Performance Management, Promotion/ Talent Review pertaining to given region.
Retention, handling employee grievances, counselling employees.
Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid-Mass hiring
Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
Good experience and understanding on all HRBP activities
