Responsible for end-to-end Recruitment Process
Partnering with business heads, understanding requirements and ensuring timely closure of bulk/support manpower needs.
Extensive Experience in mid to senior level hiring and should have expertise analyzing projected head count increase
Sourcing the best talent through Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
Comprehensive stakeholder management at every stage of recruitment process.
Exp in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement initiatives pertaining to given region.
Performance Management, Promotion/ Talent Review pertaining to given region.
Retention, handling employee grievances, counselling employees.
Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards Mass & Mid-Mass hiring
Industry mapping and tracking to source manpower to work experience, job profile, fitment, functional expertise and organizational set ups.
Good experience and understanding on all HRBP activities
