Role Description
About the role:
As part of Incedo's HR leadership, this role will work closely with the HR director & business leaders to drive the talent agenda for key businesses in South India to ensure an "employee first" culture, high engagement levels and differentiated people outcomes.
Work scope:
The scope of work shall include, but is not restricted to:
? Partner with the business leader/s to define talent priorities and drive short term and long-term plans to achieve them ? Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent related issues
? Act as employee champion. In partnership with other HR CEOs, design, and lead initiatives to create a world class employee experience
? Act as Incedo change agent - Contribute and lead firm level initiatives and program as part of Incedo strategy and goals.
? Drive timely reporting and review of key people matrices with different stakeholders.
? Lead a team of HRBPs and drive adherence to HR process, metrics, and plan. Coach, mentor and support growth needs of all DRs reporting to ensure strong health of HRBP team
