We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to manage end-to-end HR responsibilities for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling large customer support teams, be fluent in Kannada, Hindi, and English, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
? Induction & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new joiners.
? Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and retention.
? Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and professionally.
? HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation.
