Know more about us: https://www.1mg.com/aboutUs Brief about the Team This role is in an HR Business Partnership within the Human Resource vertical of Tata 1mg. The team collaborates with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, offering support in workforce planning, employee relations, talent development, performance management, compensation, change management, policy implementation, and data analysis. They act as strategic partners, optimizing HR-s impact on organizational success. What will you do Involve closely partnering with the assigned business unit or region to support its strategic goals and objectives Building strong relationships with RMs (Regional Managers), Managers, City Managers, Team Leaders (TLs), and employees Effectively handling disciplinary actions and grievances as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) in order to maintain a positive work environment and minimize escalations Ensure that employee queries are resolved within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) Drive HR projects and initiatives in the assigned region (PMS & Training) Managing and reducing the attrition rate in the region is a key responsibility and analyzing the reasons behind attrition by conducting exit interviews Manage R&R programs to acknowledge and appreciate employees- contributions and achievements Manpower restructuring as per the business requirement Maintain monthly dashboards and HR metrics that align with the organizational goals What we are looking for Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or a similar strategic HR role Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Postgraduate degree in Business Management with 6-7 years of experience Why Join Us Tata 1mg provides one of the most exciting and high-growth environments to work in.
