Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for the allocated intervention, managing all pre- and post-joining formalities, documentation, and communication. Oversee complete employee life cycle management, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, engagement, grievance handling, and exit formalities, while ensuring effective employee relations and smooth HR operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth employee journey and timely completion of all procedures and interventions within TAT.
Coordinate and ensure participation in HR initiatives such as annual appraisals, probation confirmations/extensions, training nominations, and employee development requests.
Handle employee documentation, including preparing letters, approvals, and distributing letters (appointment, confirmation, extension, etc.) and maintaining proper acknowledgment records.
Address and resolve employee queries, grievances, and needs through effective coordination with seniors and peers.
Organize and schedule exit interviews, ensuring proper closure of employee life cycle processes.
Coordinate timely induction and onboarding for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
Plan, track, and follow up on probation confirmations and extensions in alignment with HR policies.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers to provide accurate status reports.
Support HR projects, initiatives, and campus recruitment as required.
Candidate Specification:
Educational Qualifications
BBA / BMS in Management
Prefers full-time graduation or equivalent degree.
Years of Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with preferred experience in
Education-based NGOs/Development Sector
Recruitment skills - sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Employee relations - handling queries, grievances, and communication.
Time management & organization - ensuring HR tasks are completed within timelines.
Documentation & compliance orientation - accuracy in letters, employee records, policies.
Communication & interpersonal skills - ability to liaise with employees, management, and external stakeholders (Candidates and Recruitment Vendors)
Technical Skills

Job Specifications:

6-month Contractual + 6-month contract extension will be based on the performance evaluation + Conversion to on-roll based on 12-month performance.
