- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and recruiting.
- Managing KPI, payrolls & productivity
- Understanding our brand philosophy & implementing it into talent acquisition & client management.
- Understanding leadership vision & implementing it in your everyday routine tasks
- Advancing human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Incredible & graceful communication skills.
- An experience of a minimum of 7 years.
- Knowledge of HR functions & Client management.
- Strong work ethics, dedication & curious nature
- Organizational, time-management & problem-solving skills
- Good Writing skills
