Be the backbone of our team! We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR/Admin/Compliance Executive
to manage our in-house labor force, ensure compliance with labor laws, and oversee all administrative and HR systems. This is a critical role that supports the day-to-day functioning and long-term sustainability of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Labor Management & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records, timesheets, and attendance logs.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws applicable to in-house employees (PF, ESIC, minimum wages, overtime, gratuity, leave management).
Organise periodic audits, inspections, and coordinate with labor authorities when required.
HR Operations
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures for factory and office staff.
Manage leave records, resolve grievances, and maintain a healthy work environment.
Support payroll processing by coordinating with the accounts team.
Administration
Maintain and update documentation for all vendors, utility providers, and service partners.
Ensure seamless administrative operations of the factory/office including supplies, repairs, and facility upkeep.
Manage compliance-related filing and internal audit documentation.
What We're Looking For
2-5 years of experience in HR, labor management, or administrative roles.
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and in-house workforce compliance.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS software.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing labor compliance in food, FMCG, or manufacturing industries.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
