About the Role

We are looking for a

highly experienced HR & Admin Leader

who has a proven track record of handling large-scale

workforce management in the clothing & textile industry

. The ideal candidate will be a

people-oriented professional

with strong knowledge of HR policies, factory compliances, and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

end-to-end HR functions

- Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, Training & Development. Manage

compliances & statutory requirements

(PF, ESIC, Factory Act, Gratuity, Labor Laws). Oversee

employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

. Design & implement

HR strategies, SOPs, and employee engagement activities

. Supervise

admin operations

- vendor management, facilities, transport, housekeeping & security. Collaborate with management for

workforce planning, talent retention, and succession planning

. Drive

organizational culture & productivity

aligned with company goals.

Requirements

15-20+ years of experience in

HR & Admin

(preferably in

Textile/Clothing Industry

). In-depth knowledge of

factory workforce management & statutory compliances

. Strong leadership & team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities. Ability to align HR strategy with

business growth objectives

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
