We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to support our growing EdTech team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems.
Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and offer letters.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and feedback surveys.
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and performance review documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational HR standards.
Administration:
Oversee office administration, vendor management, and procurement of office supplies.
Support management in maintaining organizational documentation and compliance records.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Assist with IT coordination, asset tracking, and workspace management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of HR/Admin experience in the EdTech domain
(e.g., e-learning, online tutoring, education startups, etc.).
Familiarity with HRMS tools, Google Workspace, or MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and office management.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in a startup or fast-paced EdTech environment.
Knowledge of payroll systems and HR analytics.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,909.96 - ₹31,949.99 per month
