Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, scheduling interviews, joining formalities)
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation
Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Support payroll processing and attendance management
Maintain leave, attendance, and MIS reports
Coordinate with employees for HR policies and procedures
Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
Administration Responsibilities:
Manage office administration and vendor coordination
Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
Handle front-office coordination and internal communication
Support travel arrangements and employee coordination
Ensure proper filing and documentation of administrative records
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and confidentiality handling
