Recruitment Support
Post job ads on portals and social media
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Coordinate joining formalities
Onboarding & Documentation
Assist with new hire paperwork and induction
Maintain employee files and records
Update employee data in HRMS or Excel
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance
Track leave applications and maintain leave records
Assist with payroll inputs related to attendance
Employee Engagement
Help organize employee welfare and engagement events
Assist in preparing internal communication
Compliance & Policy
Ensure employee policies are followed
Assist in maintaining statutory records and compliance files
Office Administration
Manage office supplies, inventory, and stationery
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services
Handle courier, housekeeping, and security support
Facility Management
Ensure cleanliness, safety, and smooth running of office premises
Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
Travel & Logistics
Arrange travel and accommodations for employees
Manage event or meeting logistics
Asset Management
Maintain records of company assets (laptops, phones, etc.)
Assist in issuing/returning office equipment
