Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration (70%)
Manage day-to-day office administration and facility operations
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, pantry, stationery, and maintenance
Handle office supplies, inventory management, and procurement
Maintain office records, documents, and administrative files
Oversee office infrastructure, repairs, and maintenance activities
Manage employee travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics
Support event coordination, employee engagement activities, and internal meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies related to administration
Handle front desk coordination and visitor management
Assist management with administrative reports and MIS
Human Resources (30%)
Assist in recruitment coordination (interview scheduling, follow-ups)
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and internal communication
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle administrative priorities efficiently
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
