Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
o Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement.
o Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, equipment, and supplies.
o Organize and maintain office filing systems, both physical and electronic.
o Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
o Handle all office-related administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and managing office facilities.
o Maintain office cleanliness and ensure that it meets health and safety standards.
2. HR Support:
o Assist with employee onboarding, including documentation and initial training.
o Maintain employee records and files in compliance with organizational policies.
o Assist in accurate attendance tracking.
o Manage leave requests and time-off records for employees.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
o Support in preparing HR-related reports for management.
o Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and office-related matters.
3. Office Management:
o Act as the point of contact for all administrative concerns within the office.
o Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and other office events.
o Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, including mail handling and other correspondence.
o Support the management team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines and company standards are met.
4. Event Planning and Coordination:
o Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
o Coordinate with external parties to arrange logistics for office events or client visits.
5. Compliance and Record-Keeping:
o Ensure all administrative procedures are followed in line with company policies and legal requirements.
o Maintain proper documentation of administrative processes and activities.
