Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage and update company social media platforms, create engaging content, and track performance.
Event Management:
Organize and coordinate team-building activities, sports events, and employee engagement programs.
HR & Admin Support:
Assist with employee records and database management, onboarding, and other HR administrative tasks.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
Requirements:
Education:
Fresher MBA
in HR or any
fresher graduate
passionate to work in HR domain.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with digital tools, social media platforms, and online communication tools.
Strong Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks and events simultaneously.
