Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Providing counselling on policies and procedures
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Assist in performance management processes
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Other task she/he have to handle if given my manager
This candidate must ne hardworking and must take ownership of their work and also have strict attitude
