To manage all HR operations of the veterinary hospital including staff recruitment, attendance, leave management, compliance, and performance, while also supporting the hospital's digital marketing strategy and managing patient/client feedback to ensure high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource (HR) Management
Maintain and update staff attendance, shifts, leave, and holiday records.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, paravets, sweepers, and admin staff.
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and warning notices.
Maintain employee files, ID cards, medical records, and KYC documentation.
Organize monthly staff meetings and performance review processes.
Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Minimum Wages, PF/ESIC, and Shops & Establishments Act.
Coordinate staff training and continuing education programs.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
Manage the hospital's Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn pages.
Create and schedule engaging posts (photos/videos of pets, tips, hospital updates).
Run and monitor basic Facebook/Instagram ads and local campaigns.
Update hospital website or coordinate with web developers (if applicable).
Respond to online reviews and messages professionally and promptly.
Client & Patient Feedback Management
Collect feedback from clients (pet parents) after each visit or surgery.
Maintain a digital or physical feedback register and analyze trends weekly.
Handle client concerns or complaints sensitively and escalate when needed.
Encourage happy clients to leave Google/Facebook reviews.
Monitor patient satisfaction and report monthly feedback summaries to management.
