What would you do?
The V&A Recruiting Integration Lead will serve as the primary recruiting point of contact for the V&A and Post Merger Integration teams managing acquisitions into Accenture globally. In addition to deep foundational knowledge of the subject matter, our team's core competencies are strategy, change management, stakeholder management, training and communications. We are primarily focused on strategic work engaging with high-level executives but also provide support to the MU delivery teams establishing fit-for-purpose training, processes and reports during stabilization. Using deep recruiting subject matter expertise, this role is responsible for assessing the requirements and support needed for each acquisition from pre-close to post Go Live stabilization. If hired, you will be responsible for assessing current organization recruiting processes, determining opportunities and priorities to implement standard/customized Accenture tools and processes and then managing that transition and implementation plan. This will require extensive collaboration with the acquired organization's Leadership team and Recruiting, HR and Operations team as well as Accenture Leadership, MU Recruiting Directors and teams, and multiple V&A workstreams, including HR and TSCD.

Roles and Responsibilities:
oo Lead the current state recruiting evaluation of new business deal through deep dive discovery sessions o Provide an integration recommendation regarding process, tools, resources, and timeline based on the business requirements, business case, and Accenture Recruiting processes, tools, and guidelines o Develop an integration plan and lead the recruiting integration activities through to steady state o Work closely with MU Recruiting Leads to ensure current company guidelines are considered in transition plans considering the specific nuances of the new business deal o Interface with acquisition C-suite and Accenture executives ensuring regular cadence of communication o Liaise with the Client Account HR Team, V&A and Post Merger Integration teams o Attend PMI meetings, providing a weekly update to Accenture leadership on the integration status, flagging any risks or issues o Ensure recruiting items impacting process, system, and people issues are documented and resolved o Facilitate handover from the integration team to steady state MU Recruiting team
