MBA / MHA / PG or UG in HR, Finance, or related field
Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and compliance processes.
Manage employee relations, attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions.
Support management in manpower planning and organizational development.
Finance & Accounts
Oversee daily accounting activities, cash flow, and expense management.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and monthly reports.
Ensure timely vendor payments, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
Coordinate with auditors and management for financial planning and reviews.
Operations Support
Assist in coordinating operations related to tours, ticketing, and travel services.
Monitor business expenses and ensure cost efficiency in operations.
Liaise with departments to streamline administrative and operational processes.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
