Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated HR Tutor to train students in core HR functions, recruitment processes, and employee management. The ideal candidate will bring practical HR knowledge, teaching expertise, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners and intermediate learners.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver classroom and practical training on HR topics like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and labor laws as per the curriculum. Explain HR policies, interview techniques, payroll basics, and compliance standards. Conduct hands-on sessions, role-plays, mock interviews, assignments, and assessments. Guide students on real-world HR scenarios, case studies, and placement preparation. Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support portfolio development. Maintain training quality, classroom discipline, and update materials based on industry trends.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Diploma / BBA / MBA in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Proficiency in HR tools, recruitment platforms (e.g., Indeed, Naukri), and basic MS Office. Minimum 1-2 years of HR practice, teaching, or industry experience preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain technical HR concepts clearly and engagingly. Passion for mentoring and developing future HR professionals.
Preferred Skills

Experience in EdTech, training institutes, or corporate HR roles. Knowledge of Indian labor laws, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Familiarity with HR software and survey tools like Google Forms.
