Job Overview

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

HR Tutor

to train students in Human Resources concepts and practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and capable of delivering practical, real-world HR knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on core HR topics such as Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations, Labor Laws, and Performance Management Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations Guide students with interview preparation and career support Stay updated with current HR trends and practices Maintain discipline and ensure an engaging classroom environment
Eligibility Criteria

MBA in HR or equivalent qualification Strong understanding of HR processes and practices Good communication and presentation skills Teaching or training experience is an added advantage Freshers with strong subject knowledge may also apply
