The HR and Training Coordinator will manage day-to-day HR operations and oversee employee training programs. This role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with labor laws, and effective learning initiatives to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities and welfare programs.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain related data.
Coordinate HR audits and ensure policy adherence.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs in consultation with department heads.
Develop and manage annual training calendar.
Organize internal and external training sessions.
Track training attendance and evaluate effectiveness.
Maintain training records and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR operations and training coordination.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
