Job Overview:
Profiquence Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Training Manager to oversee our staff's recruitment, training, and development across all branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process, implementing effective training programs, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Training and Development:
Design and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the staff.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and address any employee concerns or issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management and training, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
