This internship is a great opportunity to learn how corporate trainings are designed, developed, and reviewed for quality.
You'll work closely with our HR and L&D team on
developing self-paced online training programs

reviewing content
, and
coordinating with other interns
who are part of the project.
No prior experience is required -- just a willingness to learn, coordinate, and contribute!
Key Responsibilities:
Help in creating and organizing
self-paced training content
such as presentations, scripts, and assessments.
Review and edit materials
to maintain quality, accuracy, and clarity.
Support the
coordination of interns
working on content development.
Assist in managing project timelines and documentation.
Share feedback and suggest ideas to make the training more engaging.
Who Can Apply:
BBA students

fresh graduates

Good communication and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
