As a growing hospitality brand, Phoenix Residency is committed to delivering warm and professional guest service. We are looking for an HR & Training professional who can recruit, manage, and train our team to match the standards of an upcoming boutique hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for hotel staff (front office, housekeeping, F&B, support).
Conduct onboarding and induction programs.
Train staff in guest etiquette, communication, grooming, and service standards.
Monitor staff performance and support career development.
Support management in day-to-day HR functions (attendance, leave, payroll coordination).
Organize team-building activities and foster a positive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Hospitality/HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in HR/training, preferably in hotels or hospitality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Passion for training and developing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Shillong, Meghalaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
