Qualification: MBA preferred
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years (Mandatory)
Salary Range: ?25,000 - ?30,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
Create training calendars and ensure timely execution of sessions.
Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
Coordinate with department heads to implement learning & development initiatives.
Maintain records of employee participation and progress.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
Ability to engage and motivate employees through effective programs.
