Job Description


RESPONSIBILITIES: On boarding and New Employee Training :

  • Developing and implementing Onboarding programs to ensure new hires acclimate quickly and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Create engaging content and facilitate sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, policies, and job roles.
Employee Engagement Activities:
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to foster positive work culture.
Identification of Training Needs:
  • Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company
  • Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results
  • Organize training materials and oversee training programs
  • Ensure that the planned training programs stay within budget
  • Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to the senior management
  • Research the latest HR technologies and training software
  • Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs and resolve any training-related issues if they arise
  • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training gaps and development opportunities.
Measuring Training Effectiveness:
  • Develop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs.
Factories Visit:
  • Visit factories and warehouses 3 days a week.
  • Note the complaints raised by laborers and staff of factories and warehouse.
  • Deal with the Labourers of Factories on a regular basis.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
  • 6 months-1 year of experience as an HR Training and Development Officer or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, organizational, and planning skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
