Job Summary

We are looking for an

Employee Relations, Engagement & Training Executive

to strengthen workplace relationships, manage employee grievances, drive engagement initiatives, plan and execute training programs, and support employee welfare and retention strategies. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, coordination abilities, and a proactive approach to building a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with our animal welfare mission.

We are looking for an HR Executive -

Training & Development to manage training programs for staff, volunteers, and interns, ensuring skill development aligned with animal welfare values. Key Responsibilities: o Plan and conduct induction and training programs o Identify training needs and coordinate workshops o Maintain training records and reports o Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

Requirements

: o Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field o 1-4 years experience (NGO experience preferred) o Strong communication and coordination skills o Passion for animal welfare

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
