Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs.
Assist in developing training materials, presentations, and feedback forms.
Track training attendance, completion, and performance outcomes.
Manage communication with trainers, participants, and department heads.
Maintain an updated training calendar and employee learning records.
Support onboarding and induction training for new employees.
Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback analysis.
Handle logistical arrangements (venue, equipment, materials, refreshments, etc.).
Prepare periodic reports on training activities and budgets.
Collaborate with HR to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Training Coordination or HR Development.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Positive attitude and ability to multitask effectively.
