We currently have vacancies for an HR & Training Coordinator to join our HR Team.

Duties:

  • Assess training needs and develop programs with department managers.
  • Coordinate and conduct training sessions at various levels.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust.
  • Support employee benefits programs.
  • Assist with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Facilitate effective communication between management and staff.
  • Distribute relevant HR information.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events and recognition programs.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
  • Conduct exit interviews for feedback and improvement insights.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding, including orientation and training for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Preferably has 1-2 years of experience working in the HR & Training department of a 5* luxury international hotel.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Previous HR and training experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Has good organizational skills
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
  • Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver.
  • Able to communicate with employees effectively and professionally.
