Role Summary:
We're seeking an HR Training and Development Coordinator to identify training needs, create effective programs, and manage attendance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and design programs to enhance employee skills
- Develop and implement training initiatives to improve productivity and performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements
- Attendance Management:
- Track and record employee attendance
- Implement attendance policies and procedures
- Analyze attendance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field
- Experience: 1-3 years in HR or a related field
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, attendance tracking tools)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
