Job Title: HR cum Trainer - Laptop Sales & Service Centers
Location: Chennai - Multi-store (Travel Required)
Reports To: Managing Director/General Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Visit all stores regularly to evaluate performance and identify training needs
Conduct training on product knowledge, sales techniques and service standards
Provide on-the-spot coaching and feedback
Align employees to organization goals
Drive employee motivation and engagement initiatives
Implement Recognition & Rewards programs
Support performance appraisal processes and goal setting
Requirements:
Graduate in HR/Business
2-4 years of HR/training experience in retail or electronics
Strong communication and people skills / People management
Willingness to travel extensively across stores
Hands-on with MS Office and HR tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
